If you are able/willing to bring a treat please feel free. A couple of our members are on a gluten free diet. Don't worry if you bring something that isn't, but if you can please keep that in mind as you think of a treat. If you are super motivated you can go to Tiff's blog www.lifeaftergluten.blogspot.com for some ideas.
